Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is excellent — just a short walk from the city center, which made it easy to explore everything. The breakfast was very good. The apartment itself was spacious, providing more than enough room to relax after a day out. Overall, a great place to stay and definitely one we’d recommend to others.

Negative: The cleanliness could have been better — there was quite a bit of dust, and the beds were not very comfortable. Adding a proper mattress topper would definitely make a big difference for future guests.

Positive: We had really great experience with Villa Lucia and this will be our permanent location for every visit to Heviz! We have been to Villa Lucia once before and following good experience decided to use it for our weekend getaway again, and it proved to be the best decision... This is why: LOCATION - it is sited in the Main Heviz Street, perfectly away from all important things in Heviz that U might/will need = no need to use car, which is great advantage; PARKING - on site, back Yard, plenty of space, easy to access = great! 👍; STAFF - very and pleasantly polite and helpfull = one of the best on our trips, and we travel quite a lot; ROOM - very comfortable, Equipped with everything you might need, spacious and really clean = not a slightest remark; BEDS = 5 STARS! slept like a Baby! BREAKFAST - breakfast area is pleasant, well equipped, Variety of food, staff available for any special requirement = thumbs up! OFFICIAL ON SITE CAT - named Kermi = U have to experience him to judge for yourself, we were amazed with him and he made our stay even more memorbale! VALUE FOR THE MONEY = ABSOLUTELY! Final thought = if U R looking for a place to stay in Heviz = Look no further and you will come back for sure! 👍 Well done Villa Lucia = our New home away from home in Heviz!

Positive: Nice little apartment, very tastefully boutique furnished, clean apartment, good mattress in the room and great bed linen. Host very friendly. We also liked the location very much, as it is in a clean centre.

Negative: Although, it was written that parking is extra pay, it seems a bit unnecessary to me, as you park in their yard, but it's not that important. The only thing I would personally remove from the apartment is the tapison in the rooms and the living room. And the towel rack in the bathroom doesn't really fit in with the environment, where everything is boutique .
